Bastion Trading was founded in Hong Kong in 2014 by a group of experienced traders from JPMorgan, UBS, Morgan Stanley and Optiver. Over the years, Bastion Trading has expanded its trading operations to cover derivatives, options market making, DeFi and various AI & data-driven systematic strategies.
We transitioned into cryptocurrency trading in 2017 to take advantage of significant arbitrage opportunities across exchanges. Anticipating the growth in DeFi asset management, we seeded Teragon, while expanding our footprints to include trading collaborations with protocols and projects. We have continued to make serious investments in technology to create an institutional-grade trading infrastructure.
